Joining the Club

You are welcome to visit the club any day we are out sailing (see Timetable) to see our facilities and how we go about our sport.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Friendly Atmosphere
• Regular Social functions
• Racing for all abilities and Standards
• Changing and Shower Facilities
• Home cooked food
• Use of Club Owned Boats (for a small donation)

Training: The club is NOT a RYA Recognised Training Establishment and so we cannot offer RYA certificates and basic training. We recommend that beginners attend a RYA Level 2 certificate course at Dover Watersports Centre  or other centre in order to get the most out of the club.

However we are able to run a couple of Race Training sessions (using our own Club Racing Coach) as well a powerboat course and race management course for club members for which we get an instructor to come in and teach.

FEES: 

There is NO joining fee at this time.

Sailing Membership:  £150 for a Single Membership

                                            £160 for a Family Membership

                                            £30 for Juniors (up to age of 18) And Students (Must be in full time education)

Non Sailing Membership :  Associate: £45

Sailing Membership Includes:

• FREE boat parking
• FREE entry to all club races (excl. open events) and cruises
• Access to club facilities when not in use for sailing, you can book out the clubhouse for special events (ie meetings, weddings etc) for a small donation
• FREE Quarterly Newsletter
• You can attend all club social functions 

Associate Membership Includes:

• FREE Quarterly Newsletter
• You can attend all club social functions 
• Access to club facilities when not in use for sailing, you can book out the clubhouse for special events (i.e. meetings, weddings etc) for a small donation
